Martin Hofmann is curious about the human side effects of rapid technology innovation and business transformation. He is a communications and marketing strategist with a focus on change management and brand evolution consulting.
Since starting his career in the office of a Member of the German Federal Parliament, Martin has helped people and organizations with strategic communications planning, change communication and management, brand communications, crisis communications, and content marketing.
He has led communications and marketing projects in North America and Europe. After directing large teams for marketing communications agencies and within the Ontario government, Martin started strategic communications consultancy Oversea Strategies. He also co-founded a creative content agency and video studio, where he was managing partner, strategy.
A Prosci-certified change practitioner, Martin has led and planned communications for different types of change and transformational initiatives. He has in-depth experience with technology-driven change in both public and private sectors.
Martin is bilingual in English and German.
